What to include in a notice
- Your name and contact details, including an email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the material on our site you want removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Email your notice to gmhhlang@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA notice". We aim to review valid notices within 24 hours and remove the material in question while the claim is being resolved.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
